Damaged Racking Upright Repair Service  from £125 + VAT*

The revolutionary and smart pallet racking repair process!

Tired of the high cost and high level of disruption caused by replacing pallet racking uprights after they have become damaged or following a SEMA Rack Safety Inspection?

Then you may wish to consider our ROS Rack Repair System which has an incredible unique process that returns damaged racking uprights to their original form in less than thirty minutes!

The way your racking is repaired is extremely simple. Using a combination of a precision-formed die and controlled hydraulic pressure, the unique tool reforms damaged racking uprights back to their original shape and strength - even whilst your pallet racking is under full pallet load!

Before and after the ROS Rack Repair System process!

Can you repair Redirack pallet racking using system?

YES! Although it depends on a number of factors due to the welded nature of the Redirack frames.

The ROS rack repair system needs access to the rear of the upright post. Therefore if at the rear of the upright post where the damage is located, is not blocked by the welded brace, then it can be ROS repaired as normal as long as it is not ripped or obtusely creased.

We can also ROS repair the new style bolted Redirack as long as it is not ripped or obtusely creased. If in doubt, ask! We'll likely ask for photographs of each/every damage occurance.

How does the ROS Rack Repair System work?

ROS Rack Repairs - Step 1

Step One

If you have an Amber repair as per the SEMA Guidelines or as highlighted in a report from a SEMA Approved Rack Inspector, then we can 100% repair the upright.

Only 5% of Red repairs CANNOT be repaired. The basic rule is that if there is material missing, a crack, split or tear in the upright, then it cannot be repaired.

ROS Rack Repairs - Step 2

Step Two

A bespoke, precision-engineered die (designed specifically for each major UK and European manufactured racking system) is secured to the damaged upright and controlled hydraulic pressure is applied.

The repair process works three-dimensionally, so the front face, side walls and corners will be re-profiled.

ROS Rack Repairs - Step 3

Step Three

After the repair process is complete, the hydraulic pressure is gradually released and the precision engineered die is removed from the upright.

The upright is now repaired! It will have reformed to its original shape and form, with no loss of strength, fit or function. Guaranteed!

Is the ROS Rack Repair System safe and approved?

Yes! The process is certified to BS EN 15635 "The Application and Maintenance of Storage Equipment".

Over 150,000 repairs are completed annually for large corporations including Ikea, Debenhams, Coca-Cola, Kuehne + Nagel, Volkswagen, Porsche, Bosch, Lidl and Philips.
