Management of Statutory applications and approvals
Throughout implementation, there is day to day project control, working to a pre-determined programme to ensure your project is delivered on time and to budget.

Full client / contractor liaison

Regular site meetings
Real-time programme control
Full time attendance of Site Managers where required
CDM & Health and Safety implementation and management
Post Contract Documentation
Upon completion SEC will compile all the necessary files required by legislation and present you with a complete set of O&M (Operations and Maintenance) manuals for all relevant elements of the installation.
From conception to completion, SEC maintains a close working relationship with you, responding to your requirements on a day-to-day basis.
