AutoCAD and Revit Technician
We are looking for highly competent individual with the ability to adapt and work as part of a busy Design and Contracts team. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years work experience in a construction based role, as well as a high level of proficiency or formal qualification in the use of AutoCAD and Revit.
As we are based in Stevenage this role is suited to someone based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, North London, Middlesex and Essex.
Reporting to the Sales Directors and Contracts Managers, you will be responsible for adding the construction and build detail to AutoCAD and Revit drawings which are to be used by installation teams on our project sites.
Other Roles & Responsibilities include:
- The role will be to take design drawings post sale and ensure that the all build details are included and that the implemtation of the build is practical and achieveable
- It would be essential to have good comunication skills as the role would require frequent commuication with Contract Managers, suppliers and sub-contractors in order to check specifications and gain relevant information to enable the designs to be achievable
- The successful candidate will have to work to tight deadlines and have excellent attention to detail
- Accuracey is vital and the person must have the ability to solve design challenges.
