Mezzanine floors for offices, industrial environments and warehouses
SEC Interiors is a fully compliant designer, supplier and installer of mezzanine floors. We can provide mezzanines for use in corporate, commercial, industrial and public sector environments.
A mezzanine floor is a steel based structure that can help companies to expand upon their existing footprint via the incorporation of a 1st or 2nd floor. They can also be sealed off as part of a compartment wall feature, which is typically constructed to create a number of segmented rooms above and below the floor.
On a standard mezzanine floor, a chipboard flooring solution or similar is used to form the walkway; edge protection and handrails are then installed to finish. Additional accessories can also be installed depending on what the mezzanine is going to be used for.

What is the best Mezzanine Floor for you?
In order to find out what mezzanine floor will be best for you, we will look to conduct a complimentary workplace and property appraisal to assess your current interior office space and/or industrial facility. After our initial consultation we can then discuss and confirm which mezzanine flooring system will be most suitable for your requirements.
Our project management and delivery experts will then ensure your mezzanine floor is installed to the highest of standards; on time, and on budget.
Industrial mezzanine floors
Industrial mezzanine floors are ideal for maximising footprint when space is at a premium. An industrial mezzanine floor is useful for creating areas such as workshops, production lines, and other heavy-duty spaces, fulfilling technical requirements.
A mezzanine floor - such as the one you see in the picture to the side - is also considered a cost-effective option, especially when you consider alternatives such as facility expansion and/or the purchase of additional units.
If you have an existing mezzanine floor this can be easily converted into an office mezzanine area in order to create an administrative space.
Warehouse office mezzanines
A warehouse office mezzanine can be used to increase capacity and provide additional office space, making full use of the warehouse cube i.e. the height and width of your building.
Mezzanine floors can also function as a multi-purpose space. They can be used to create access points between office environments and technical production areas, and they can be used as part of a mixed-use space - part-office, part-storage - complete with shelving and storage systems.
