CAT A office refurbishment


Typically a Category A office refurbishment is carried out following the end of your lease, or when you vacate a building and will then transform the premises to its core office environment, ready for new occupiers.


This may include:


  • Replacement of floor coverings
  • Repair and replacement of suspended ceilings
  • Reconfiguring lighting, air conditioning and mechanical items to a pre-lease configuration
  • Replacement of wall finishes
  • Removal of interior partitions and anything which formed part of the Category B fit out

CAT B office refurbishment


A Category B refurbishment will usually form part of your requirements to update or modernise your existing commercial premises.


Areas and items to be refurbished may include:
