Essentra Spiral Goods Chute, optimising distribution capabilities in Kidlington
Multi Tier Picking Structure for Essentra plc in Kidlington

"The project was managed well with an initial site visit on day one followed by regular contact to keep me updated and informed as the client about what was happening and who would be attending site to complete further parts.

All in all I can say I was happy with the project, materials and management provided by SEC and would look to use them again in the future for projects of this nature.

The tradesmen on site were courteous and worked efficiently and safely, keeping the area tidy throughout.

From past experience I can say the quality of the service AND product exceeds that of other more expensive contractors in this field."

Approach

SEC Interiors were tasked with designing, supplying and installing a clean, stylish modern glass partitioning wall. The partitioning was placed in the centre of The Brix main office space, with offices adjacent to both sides of the wall. The partitioning frame for the glass wall was constructed from a 25mm head and wall channel and a two part aluminum base section. 12mm safety glass was utilised in the build, both durable and practical considering the placement of the partitioning. The singular glass door was completed with the addition of a stainless steel patch lock to secure the divided office areas, and branded manifestations were included after the completion of the initial project.

Return fins were introduced into the design on one side of the wall to provide further stability and support. The Brix were looking to have some additional glass office partitioning installed in our main Hub work space and looked to SEC to provide a quote for a system that matched closely our existing partitioning system.

SEC provided a quote that was very reasonable and provided pictures and samples of the system ensuring that the finish would be of a great quality, and an almost exact match providing a uniform look to the entire space. The works were carried out with minimal disruption with our 6 existing office spaces continuing to work throughout which was a major bonus to me as the landlord of a multi tenanted commercial work space."
