Industrial fit-out, including staff welfare facilities

 

SEC Interiors was tasked with the design, supply, installation and enhancement of key facilities at Southbank Fresh Fish's Kent Park, London based office and distribution centre. Food safe partitioning, panelling and suspended ceilings alongside more traditional demountable partitioning and suspended ceiling systems were installed around all areas of the first floor, along with anti-slip vinyl flooring due to the nature of the business and the specific requirements for health and safety purposes.

 

SEC Interiors provided the staff welfare areas with employee locker storage systems and seated bench areas .The project also included extensive plumbing work in order to reroute water supplies to WC and production areas. The toilets and staff amenity areas were installed with stainless steel WC's showers and hand wash stations, cubicles and industry compliant HVAC systems were included throughout.
