Construction works included the installation of new partitioning, suspended ceilings & raised access flooring.
Electrical installations including fire and security alarms, power and data links, lighting, ventilation and air conditioning units.
Creation of staff tea points; comprising various wall and base units and kitchen appliances along with necessary plumbing works.
A bespoke new reception entrance was provided with ramped access.
Project and site management was carried out and extended to out of hours working.
