A multitier picking tower was installed incorporating rack supported walkways, a mezzanine floor with a garment hanging rail system for transporting hanging garments and a mechanical conveyor.

A floor to 1st floor conveyor was installed to transport crates at the end of the pick sequence to the packing area.
This particular picking tower was installed with expansion in mind so that an additional level can be created to increase picking locations by 9,000.
