Free of charge design, space planning, specifying & programme development. Strip out of 3rd floor office no longer in use & utilisation of partitioning materials on 1st & 2nd floors

 

New floo coverings throughout including vinyl & carpets. Installation of new staff 'break-out' area including plumbing works & kitchen units

 

Reconfiguration of small power floor boxes, additional floor boxes & power outlets throughout. Reconfiguration of lighting layout plus supply & install of additional lighting

 

throughout including LED down lights. Installation of new CAT5e data outlets & cabling

 

Complete redecoration throughout including wallpaper, paint & varnish

 

Refurbishment of male & female WCs
