A traditional tender procurement against the client's schedule of works & drawings, where SEC acted as Principle Contractor.
The project was carried out in three phases.
The initial phase of the project involved the construction of a new HR meeting room and the redesign of existing meeting rooms on the premises.
New partitions were supplied, delivered and installed to create the HR meeting room along with the removal of existing vents and repair works.
The subsequent phases of the project involved the refurbishment of the lobby lifts and included the removal of existing lighting, ceilings, doors, flooring, wall coverings, panelling & skirting.
New ceiling tiles were supplied and installed along with timber veneered doors to the male & female WCs, the NHS office areas and the stairwell.
LED downlights & new interface transformation carpet tiles were supplied & installed.
The walls were dry lined & decorated, and maple skirtings were added to the lobby walls.
