SEC Group website finalist at Hertfordshire Digital Awards 2017
The SEC Group is very pleased to announce that our new website has been shortlisted as a finalist at the Hertfordshire Digital Awards 2017, in the category of Website: B2B.
The new website was developed by Fluid Studios from the ground up during 2016 and launched in February 2017. The website was a significant investment for the SEC Group, being developed on a completely bespoke CMS which would enable the site to be scalable and adapted to suit future trends and needs of our clients.
As well as a completely fresh design, including new SEC Group brand, the website is fully mobile and tablet optimised to ensure all visitors receive the same user experience regardless of technology or device used. Furthermore, the introduction of the bespoke SEC World system enables clients to login and access their project drawings, proposals and other documents relating to their installation.
"Our website is a key marketing tool for the SEC Group" commented Dean Kahl, Marketing Manager.
"Whilst we expect the website to generate new business, having invested heavily in SEO, we also use the website to showcase our projects and add value to our brand that we have worked hard to develop over the last 5 years.
"In developing the new website the Fluid and SEC team had the huge task of migrating 300 individual pages. It is tremendous that the site has been shortlisted as a finalist, as it is testament to the hardwork that went into developing the site."
The Hertfordshire Digital Awards are in their third year and have been embraced by businesses as a commitment to the fast-growing need for digital technology in the work environment. It is the long-term mission of the Awards to help grow the digital skillset of Hertfordshire. This year they will be held on 21st September at Knebworth House.
At the inaugural Awards in 2015 the SEC Group won Gold for the Online Marketing Campaign with Cariad Marketing.
