A dynamic storage system where pallets are stored two, three or four
deep. Pallets are placed onto the front position and subsequent pallets
are then added by 'pushing back' the front pallet.
Retrieval is the reverse of this procedure with pallets returning under
gravity. This system can be accessed using most standard types of fork-truck. |
 |
Provides "first-in first-out" automatic rotation
whilst achieving good space utilisation. The pallets are stored in a block
system on sloping, roller conveyor tracks supported on pallet racking. |
 |
Pallets are loaded from the top end and rolled forward under gravity.
The pallet is retrieved from the bottom end.
Pallets are speed controlled during descent and can also be seperated
where required. :: top

Mobile pallet racking offers high-density storage, whilst maintaining
100% pallet selectivity by putting conventional racking onto mobile bases.
These bases are mounted on rails and are electronically driven up and
down the storage area to open working aisles only where access is required.
